check, credit card, or debit card. There is a $30 fee applied for a returned check and a $15 fee if movinNgroovin is
unable to process an auto-credit card payment for monthly tuition. When signing up for recurring credit card
payment, the monthly tuition will be charged between the 1st and 10th of each month. If you wish to cancel the
automatic charging of your monthly tuition, notice must be provided to movinNgroovin in writing by the 20th of the month
prior. The monthly fee will be charged until written notification is provided to movinNgroovin.
Please be on time for your classes. During the first
few minutes of class, students will participate in a warm-up which helps prepare them for class and reduce the risk of injury.
If a student is more than 10 minutes late to class, they may not be able to participate in the class.
If a student has a break in between classes, they can bring homework with them
to work on during the break.
Occasionally there will be a month with 5 weeks where you will
not be charged for the additional lessons. Just as there will be some shortened months due to the holidays where you
will not be prorated. During a month where we will be closed due to a holiday, if you have a class that falls on the
date we will be closed, you may make up the class during the same month, but you must anticipate the holiday ahead of time
because those classes cannot be carried over to the next month.
Only water in water bottles are allowed in the Dance and Sport rooms. No drinks
are to be brought into the Cardio room (game bikes located) and Gymnastics room. Water bottles can be kept in cubies
when students are in the Gymnastics and the Cardio room. We also have two drinking fountains should students need water.
If you have several classes and need
a snack, please plan accordingly and bring a snack. Please remember, we are a peanut-free center. Snacks are to
be eaten only in the break room. If students need to bring a snack, we ask that students please clean up after themselves.
If you will be missing any class, please call movinNgroovin
to inform us and to schedule your make-up class. Make-up classes need to be made up by the end of the month in which
the class was missed. If you miss class
during the last week of the month you will only have until the 7th of the next month to get the make-up classes in.
Classes cannot be shared, carried over, or transferred to another person or family member.
Camp payment is due the first day of attendance in a week. Camp payment is not refunded once
participant has attended the first day. If tuition is pre-paid and the week has not begun, camp payment will be refunded
