movinNgroovin is a great location for your organization
or schools activities. We offer a variety of programs including field trips, badging, and fundraising events where your
organization can earn 50% of the proceeds. During your event, kids will participate in a variety of structured and supervised
activities including Gymnastics, PS2 Interactive Cardio Equipment, Relays, Hip Hop, Fun Dance, and more. We structure
our activites for young kids to high school groups.
Field
Trips
During the past 2 summers, we have averaged over 2,000 kids attending field trips at movinNgroovin.
Kids have a great time, and our staff runs all the event. Our field trip times are 9am to 10:30am, 11:00am to 12:30pm,
1:30pm to 3:00pm. Call now to reserve your fieldtrip at movinNgroovin. Cost: $8 per participant
for one and one-half hours of activity or $5 per participant if your individual school/organization comes for 2 or more field
trips.

Badging
movinNgroovin supports American Heritage Girls, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and similar organizations.
For Girl Scouts and Brownies, we can help the girls earn badge/triad in Dancercize, Girl Sports, and My Body.
We can also work with you if the girls need time for snack or if you want to incorporate some meeting time during your event.
Cost: $8 per hour for 1 badge or $14 for 1.5 hours and 2 badges
Fundraising Events
movinNgroovin is excited about the opportunity to work with local organizations and groups
through our fundraiser program. With all of our various programs, people will have a great time and will help your group
or organization raise money. Congratulations to Sunrise Point Elementary School! For the 2008-2009 school year,
Sunrise Point raised over $1,400 for their school from just 4 events. The Girl Scouts raised over $700 during their
October 3rd fundraising event. For the past 2 years, we have partnered with various organizations and schools to raise
over $7,000. This $7,000 was raised just from events held at movinNgroovin. In addition to events, movinNgroovin
also supports organizations and schools through donations for auctions and raffles.

Following is information on our Fundraising Program:
•
Event would be held on a Friday evening or Saturday afternoon/evening.
• We offer two types of programs.
The first program is for an hour and a half. The second program is similar to our Kids’ Fun Night and can be for
up to 4 hours.
• We will provide all distribution material and staff for the event. Each room will have a
staff member coordinating structured activities for participants to ensure safety and proper use of equipment.
•
Activities can include Hip Hop, PS2 Interactive Cardio Equipment, Sports, Relays, Fun Dance, Gymnastics, plus other fun games/activities.
If desired, your group can select the activities.
• Based on the number of kids participating, we will split them
up by age group.
• There would be a specific charge per person entering the center during your event. Entrance
fee can be determined as a joint effort between us and you.
• Your group would have exclusive use of the center.
You can determine if non-members of your organization may participate if they come to the center during your event.
If you allow non-members to participate, they will also be charged the entrance fee to benefit your organization.
•
A great benefit of our fundraising program is that up to 50% of the proceeds earned from this event will be donated to your
organization.
