We created movinNgroovin to serve God by providing a family-friendly environment where people can develop a healthy lifestyle and improve self-confidence through participation in various classes, activities, and programs. Our center is geared towards people of all ages. We offer a wide variety of programs so there is something for everyone in your family. movinNgroovin is not your traditional dance or gymnastics studio. Our goal is to help people, children through adults, have a more healthy lifestyle. We accomplish this through programs and activities that enable people to enjoy the benefits of physical activity and exercise in a fun, high-energy, low student-teacher ratio, and family friendly environment.
