Our center is geared primarily towards children, however we offer a wide variety of programs so there is something for everyone in your family. movinNgroovin is not your traditional gym or dance/gymnastics studio. Our goal is to help people, children through adults, have a more healthy lifestyle. We accomplish this through programs and activities that enable people to enjoy the benefits of physcial activity and exercise in a fun, high-energy, and friendly environment.
